Payment

Payment can be made online. Payment can be made via debit or credit card through a PayPal service. You do not need a PayPal account to do this - PayPal just processes the payment securely for us. If you do have a PayPal account, you can also choose to pay with a PayPal balance. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please let us know.

Delivery

Free delivery for all UK orders over £30! For UK orders £29.99 and under, a small charge of £2.99 is applied at checkout. All parcels are delivered by courier or Royal Mail depending on weight. A signature will be required upon delivery and parcels may be left with a neighbour.

International orders are charged at a flat rate for parcels weighing under 2kg. Delivery to the EU is charged at £20, and the rest of the world £25. If your order weighs more than 2kg we will contact you with postage rates, or if postage and packaging costs have been overestimated we will refund the difference. Please note, unfortunately we are unable to sell to USA or Canada.
